From The Economist
"America’s Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission produced its final report into the events that led to the banking system’s meltdown in 2008. It concluded that the crisis was “avoidable” and spread the blame far and wide among policymakers and bankers. "
The Democrats blamed the Republicans and vice versa. To be expected. Any Commission should have a non partisan chair if you expect to get decent results.
